Buyer II

Verari Systems, Inc. is the premier developer of powerful, flexible, and scalable platform-independent blade computing systems that are defining a new era in high performance utility computing for the enterprise data center is seeking a full time Buyer II.


Scope and Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, performs various purchasing assignments and RMA tasks requiring professional judgment and ingenuity.

• Procures supplies, raw materials, and equipment necessary for the operation of the organization.
• Checks requisitions, contacts vendors, examines bids, and initiates contracts.
• Exercises a good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply to make purchases at prices    consistent with quality and quantity requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Will be responsible for Return and tracking product back to the manufacture

Experience and Requirements

4+ years related experience. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize. Must have excellent follow through skills. Must be computer literate, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer knowledge are essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Employee must work safely at all times, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

BA degree preferred
